Job Description:J.C. Penney is seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a part-time remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with our dynamic team. As an Associate Level Communications Specialist with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our communication strategies. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives- Create engaging content for various communication channels including social media, press releases, newsletters, and website- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions- Build relationships with media outlets and stakeholders to enhance the company's brand reputation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication strategies Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field- Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong project management and organizational skills- Strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve- Confident and reliable individual with the ability to work independently- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Experience working in a remote setting is a plus Personality Traits:- Confident- Reliable Soft Skills:- Project management- Strategic planning Benefits:- Free food- Employee discounts- Free accommodation Working Environment:At J.C.
