We are looking for a Marketing Adviser to join our dynamic national team (can be based in Wellington or Auckland) on a one year contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in implementing marketing operations and business development initiatives to grow our brand and communicate our capabilities and services at both the regional and national level.This is a hands-on role with lots of variety across the entire range of Marketing and BD activities. It involves a combination of general day-to-day support and project-based work. We are looking for an organised and energetic person to support our team, lawyers and partners across a diverse range of practice areas and sectors.What you will be doing?Working with internal teams to prepare high quality proposal responsesDeveloping a variety of marketing communication campaigns and business-as-usual activities including flyers, case studies, web copy, press releases, presentations to successfully position the brandManaging and updating the company website and social media channelsAssisting with external communicationsCreating, maintaining, and implementing campaigns in HubSpot (including email newsletters, invitations, website landing pages, forms, and workflows, and monitoring and reporting on analytics).What you'll bring to our teamThis role is suited to a marketing all-rounder with experience in B2B marketing. To be successful in this role you will ideally have:5 or more years of experience working in a similar role within a professional services/corporate environmentAn innovative and strategic mindsetProven marketing and proposal management experience, and be able to build effective relationships internally and externallyExperience in developing marketing campaigns and related activitiesExperience with marketing automation platforms and content management systems (eg HubSpot and Umbraco)Excellent communication skills (writing, editing and content development)Experience working in a collaborative team and enjoys working with others across a range of levelsExperience using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop would be an advantage.ApplyIf you are ready to take your career to the next step and join our dynamic and supportive team, then we would love to see your CV.
