Our client is a law firm well-known for their commercial litigation work. They are looking for a star commercial litigator for their high performing disputes team.

In this busy team, you will be involved in general commercial disputes for the firms blue chip client base. The work is high profile, always challenging and complex. This is also an excellent opportunity to work with ex-top tier partners and ex-top tier lawyers. Your colleagues will be some of the best lawyers in Australia.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of disputes e.g. corporate disputes, share-holder disputes, trade practices, breach of contract, breach of confidential information, disputes in equity, trusts litigation.

If you have 1 to 3 years post admission experience in commercial litigation from a leading law firm, have an excellent academic record as well as a solid work history, then my client would love to meet with you.
