Commercial Finance Manager - Interim

About the Role & Areas of Responsibility
They are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager to undertake an engagement for one of their key Clients.

You will lead a small Business Unit commercial finance team and focus on improving performance through operational efficiency and revenue/margin improvement via;
Business Process Improvement
Inventory Management/Optimisation
Pricing, Financial Modelling & deal evaluations
COGS reduction & Margin Improvement programs
Qualitative and Quantitative reporting
Business Case Feasibilities

Skills and Experience Required
CA or CPA qualified, you must be a socially confident and relationship-driven finance executive who can demonstrate the ability to integrate yourself quickly into a fast-paced environment. You will thrive in circumstances that require you to deliver tangible results at pace.
It is critical to be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and strategic business planning, preferably gained in a Retail or Consumer driven environment.
Advanced Excel and modelling skills
Ability to present financial and operational information at Executive level, with an ability to influence decision-making
Commercial acumen and strategic agility
Passion, drive, and a results-focused attitude
A commitment to seeing through the term of this engagement is imperative
