This client supports their customers with a variety of financial needs, with care at the forefront.About the job: As a Credit Account Manager you will be making outbound calls to assist customers with their outstanding payments, arrange manageable payment options and improve cash flow. You'll use your customer service background to communicate with clients professionally while supporting the needs of the business.Day to day you will: Make outbound phone calls to your customers to discuss options and obtain a 'Promise to Pay'Utilise your investigative skills to understand the customers reasons for missing payments and work with them to establish a manageable repayment scheduleUtilise track and trace options to locate customers and update customer contact detailsNegotiate with customers to agree on payment plansAnswer any incoming calls related to payment arrangementsProvide support to field officersCommunicate effectively with internal and external customers Hours: The operating hours for the business are 8am-7pm Mon-Fri + 10am-3:30pm Saturday.
