About The Opportunity In the clinical studies industry, Doctors are termed 'Investigators' and our client is now seeking a highly motivated Investigator to join their team. You will be responsible for leading a clinical study that is compliant with international standards. You will contribute to confirming the feasibility of clinical studies and conduct and oversee assigned clinical studies ensuring:
Ethical approval is obtained and the consent process is followedInput is provided to the strategy for recruiting patientsThe safety and well-being of all patients is safeguardedRecording of study data is accurate, ensuring data integrityManagement of investigational products is appropriateAll staff assigned to the clinical study are trained on the study and tasks are delegated appropriatelyStrong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are developed and maintained About You  The successful candidate will have:
Current registration or be in the process of obtaining with the NZ Medical Council OR meet the criteria set out under the special purpose scope for researchExperience with clinical studies would be desirable but not essentialStrong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to lead by example and provide clear directionFlexibility to adapt to changing requirements associated with the dynamic nature of clinical studies You will also have:
