Te Turanga | About the roleWe are currently on the lookout for an Asset Condition Assessor to periodically assess TCC's physical assets to determine their condition, any required maintenance and life span.Understanding our assets conditions accurately is critical to be able to forecast budgets that will be needed to keep our assets functioning and most importantly safe. This role will be 95% field based and stand alone. The Assessor needs to have a very broad knowledge base in building inspections and remedial works to be able to efficiently assess such a large asset group. TCC has approximately 420 buildings that need to be systematically reviewed so this is a busy role.Please note the hours of this role are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, you will need to be a little flexible as to not impact current tenants you may need to attend sites before or after normal office hours. Nga Pukenga | What you'll need to succeed in this team 5 -10 years relevant experience in Building or Asset inspection.A relevant trade certificate or qualification in the above fields.Ability to self-motivate and work alone.
