Dunedin Hospital has 9 Operating Theatres, each one with a designated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to provide leadership and promote flow and coordination for a cluster of surgical specialties.

This role belongs to the NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between Step 1 ($114,025 p.a) and Step 2 ($121,444 p.a pro-rata) of the Designated Senior Nurse scale, Grade 1.
