Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal Outpatient Allied Health Unit, Dunedin Hospital Salary - $74,842 - $107,000 + Kiwisaver Permanent, Full time (2 X 1.0 FTE), 40 hours per week Mo te turanga | About the role We're offering an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and rehabilitation clinical practice, or those with a keen interest in developing skills in these areas, to join our Physiotherapy Outpatients team at Dunedin Hospital. In this role, you'll work with a diverse range of age groups and conditions including first presentation ACC injuries, primarily in the outpatient setting. You'll need to demonstrate strong capabilities in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and rehabilitation clinical practice and knowledge, working effectively and autonomously. Patients are referred from Fracture Clinic, Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and other specialist outpatient services, General Practitioners and community Services. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of working with patients to achieve functional and vocational goals, optimizing patient outcomes, and facilitating effective discharge and self-management.
