We are excited to announce our brand-new, modern 65 Bed care facility at Oakridge Villas in Kerikeri, is scheduled to open mid-2024. We are now seeking applications for a highly experienced and passionate Nurse Leader to join our fabulous team to start in April/May 2024. This is a full-time position where you will initially be involved in the set-up of the facility and then the recruitment and leadership of a great clinical team.

You will be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificateSolid and proven leadership experience and skillsStrong understanding of gerontological and clinical best practice preferableExposure to managing budgets and financial accountabilities would be good but this can be taughtLeadership and training capability which will assist you to motivate, support and lead our dedicated team of staffStrong team management experience with leading a high performing teamExcellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills to help residents and families navigate the continuum of care journeyAbout us
