You will be aligned with company values and lead by example, promoting a high level of care, and seeking to improve staffs skills and the overall site. You will be supporting across both rest home and hospital level of care Demonstrate excellence in care and service delivery Provide direct resident care and assist staff to manage clients with complex needs Co-ordinate care reviews and keep up to date records Supervise and monitor day to day performance of staff and provide direction Provide formal and informal training to direct reports Skills and Experience New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC Prior experience working as a Nurse in NZ ideally within Aged Care is required Essential that you have a genuine passion for the aged care sector Open to a senior nurse looking to further their career or someone coming from previous leadership experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Manage change and promote best practice Able to work and relate to all cultures Join a reputable company within the aged care sector.
