Client Strategy and Insights Manager - Auckland Due to an internal secondment, we have an exciting 18-month fixed-term opportunity for someone to step into a Client and Insights Manager role within our lovely newly refurbished Auckland office. You will be a driver of change as our business goes through some critical years of transformation and strategy setting, so having someone with the right skills and personality is more crucial than ever. This role will sit within our high performing and respected Brand, Clients and Markets Team and provide the business with high quality insights that allows them to make strategic decisions. About you: Degree/s in Business, Management, Marketing or similar 10+ years' experience in a professional service, consulting, corporate environment with similar responsibilities. Experience in the creation/management of Client Insights and/or Voice of the Customer Programmes. Experience in the creation of strategies and insights for senior leadership. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of a large complex organization. Experience with use of analytical and visualisation tools e.g Power BI, Tableau advantageous. Why us?
