Client Servicing Consultant

I have a position available for an experienced account manager/ client services manager based in Riccarton to join a mortgage and insurance team. You will be working one on one with existing and new customers, reviewing their services, providing account maintenance, and booking meetings for the sales team where needed.
You will be working in conjunction with financial partners to find new opportunities for business growth and develop relationships further within the Canterbury Region while reporting to the business owner.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply customers with a high level of knowledge to present suitable and quality advice in line with the company’s purpose and values within the banking and finance sector
Responsible for achieving sales targets by booking client meetings
Provide a high level of customer service with a focus on satisfaction and retention
Build strong relationships with underwriting and lending teams
Meet a regular call cycle through strong organisational capabilities
Attend sales meetings with the business owner or a sales team member
Provide accurate sales reports to the business owner
Update clients with new products and services
What you need to have to be considered for this position:
Previous experience and a working knowledge within the financial/ banking services industry
Demonstration of proven sales results
Customer focused – able to speak to all kinds of people and build an appropriate rapport quickly
Strong organisational and administration capabilities
Understanding of underwriting and lending requirements
Full and clean New Zealand driver’s licence
Flexible and able to meet clients outside of normal business hours if and when needed
What you receive in return:
Base salary of $55,000 - $60,000
Commission structure with the capability of earning an extra $20,000 annually
Car park on site
