Client Service Specialist

Job description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in client services within the healthcare industry, with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Manage client accounts, including processing orders, invoices, and payments accurately.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.- Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and identify opportunities for upselling.

Requirements:- Resourceful and energetic individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in a client service role.- Excellent persuasion and decision-making skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team to achieve common goals.
