Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Client Service Executive who will focus on delivering first class service to our clients. You'll be accountable for responding effectively to our clients' daily queries, performing data quality checks, providing guidance on our software and contributing to the enrichment of our online knowledge center.As our client's first point of contact, you'll be the friendly voice of NIQ, and provide award-winning customer service, troubleshooting and support.This position is a perfect fit for you if your distinctive strength is your client and solutions based.
