Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Description:As a Client Relations Representative at Aflac, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This remote position offers a flexible part-time schedule and is ideal for individuals who are motivated, passionate, and possess strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions- Follow company guidelines and protocols for client relations

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and self-motivate- Demonstrated passion for helping others- Ability to think critically and problem-solve- Attention to detail and accuracy in work- Proficiency with basic computer programs and systems- No prior experience required, full training will be provided
