The Role:
This Chief Financial Officer position will find you as a member of the senior leadership team and a key advisory to the CEO and the Board. You will be providing leadership and direction of the finance function as well as providing valuable advice and strategic support to the CEO and board.
Your key relationships will be the Managing Director, CEO, Board, Finance team and Senior Leadership team.
Main responsibilities include:
Financial and management accounting
Financial and statutory reporting
Risk Management
Payroll
Business improvement

What you require:
My client seeks a candidate that is energetic, action orientated and has fire in their belly. Ideally you will have experience in AX systems, Power BI and are a qualified Accountant (CA or CPA)
Some position requirements are:
Contribute to strategic and operational decision making by providing appropriate financial analysis
Ensure the Finance Function is fully staffed through robust recruitment and retention process
Provide leadership in the implementation of changes to accounting systems and procedures
Ensure compliance with all statutory company admin, financial and taxation requirements
Reporting and advising on areas of risk to the business
