To set you up for success, you'll have: A Chartered Accountant with 8+ years experience with ideally local government or similar experience. Proven success as a CFO in managing large teams and operating in a multi faceted complex environment where things change quickly. Strategic agility and resilience will be a requirement for this role. Strong technical accounting skills mixed with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Being a strategic thinker will be a given.
