Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and independent Chat Support Representative to join our remote team at MYOB in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through our online chat platform. This role is part-time and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through live chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Conduct research to find answers to customer questions and provide accurate information.5. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers.6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible. Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers in a written format.2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.3. Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.4. Persuasion skills to effectively sell products or services to customers.5. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.6. Research skills to find answers to customer inquiries.7.
