Chat Support Associate

We are currently seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team at AmerisourceBergen in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate team member when necessary.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation skills.- Work independently to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.- Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners to build strong relationships and ensure seamless communication.
