Cental Regional Manager - Fashion Retailer

This is a newly created role so you’ll need to have exceptional communication, strong leadership skills and proven experience driving retail results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, driving and developing the retail teams across five stores in Hamilton, Tauranga and Mount Manganui.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP% and coming up with initiatives to improve performance.
• Driving an omni-channel retail experience for customers, ensuring they receive a consistent experience online and in retail stores.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies, processes and directives.
To succeed in the role, you’ll need:

• 3+ years multi-site regional management experience, ideally in fashion retail.
• Sound knowledge and proven success in retail operations including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, and shrinkage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of staff.
• Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets and experience in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Forward thinking, dynamic attitude – able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results.
• Passion for fashion, retail and the brands we stock.
• Current drivers licence and flexibility to work across multiple locations.

This is a fast paced role working approximately 43 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday.
