We proudly serve businesses and consumers across New Zealand, managing projects with precision and flair.We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Sales Co-ordinator to work alongside our Furniture Specialists and assist customers via phone, webchat, and online enquiries.Your role will cover:Supporting the sales team with quoting, order processing, invoicing, and providing input into product selectionAssisting with co-ordinating client projects to ensure accuracy and timeframesDeveloping relationships with core customers to provide sales assistance and process repeat ordersDeveloping relationships with key suppliersSupporting with project installations and deliveries for clientsManaging our customer database along with our Furniture SpecialistsInput on design for client commercial projectsBeing the first point of contact for showroom customers and assisting with online customer enquiriesClient database managementGeneral admin dutiesWhat we're ideally looking for:A friendly phone mannerTime managementA Positive attitude, independent self-starter and a team playerCompetitive, dynamic, and results-orientatedExcellent verbal and written communicationExperience in Salesforce would be a bonusAn interest in keeping up with the latest trends and online innovationsAbout us:Mobel Group owns brands Modern Office & Office Furniture Warehouse and we operate in the commercial furniture industry across New Zealand.Join our team where quality work, innovative thinking, and ownership are celebrated!
