Our stores are supported by our Supply Chain team who ensure we stock the right products to service our clients. A core part of this team, the Category Support Coordinator role exists primarily to provide high levels of administrative support and coordination to the Category Managers to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Retail categories.The role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of PGG Wrightson's data within multiple systems ensuring the accuracy of pricing and supplier related information.This is an administrative role where attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is required. Whilst experience in a similar role would be helpful, full training will be provided to a proven administrator with the skills we are seeking.Duties and Responsibilities:Management and maintenance of product pricingLoading of promotions, special pricing and/or temporary matricesCreating new product codes in line with set guidelinesManagement of the Retail store network's requests for matrix pricing.Maintaining supplier cost BooksProvide administrative support to our Category Mangers to ensure relevant 'Terms of Trade' are complete.Skills and Experience:A proven track record in customer service and great attention to detailStrong overall administration and communication skillsThe ability to maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholdersIntermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Office Programmes in particular Excel (Advanced Retail and/or Dynamics D365 experience would be advantageous)Some knowledge of farming products will be advantageous.We are committed to growing our employees through developing technical expertise and leadership abilities, opening the doors to a challenging and rewarding career in the rural industry.APPLY NOW!
