Security OfficerCasual positions availableThe Hospital Security Team at Te Whatu Ora – Waitemata provide a pivotal service in the daily running of our two hospitals based at North Shore and Waitakere.We are looking for Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis. Casual workers work as and when required, to suit availability and depending on the needs of the team. Shifts are 12 hours and there will be day and night shifts available, working across all sites at North Shore & Waitakere Hospitals. Penal rates apply to some shifts, as well as a $35 shift allowance.The ideal applicant will be an excellent communicator who can deal with others in a courteous, tactful, and efficient manner, while remaining calm in high pressure situations.You will have a good degree of physical fitness, and the ability to recall accurate information for report writing.
