Position Overview: As an Enterprise Sales Executive at MetricStream, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization and expanding an already impressive footprint in the BFSI sector.
We are seeking passionate and ambitious individuals who revel in the challenge of hunting and closing new logos, as well as expanding in strategic accounts. This is your chance to unleash your sales prowess, build a robust pipeline, close deals, and earn substantial commissions for your achievements.
Key Responsibilities Be the hunter who pursues new sales, showcasing MetricStream's GRC solutions as the transformative answer to their needs. Cultivate a consultative sales approach, demonstrating how MetricStream can elevate its GRC capabilities and provide value. Drive Million-Dollar ARR Strategic Deals: Lead the identification, pursuit, and successful closure of high-value, multi-million-dollar ARR deals with CXOs at large enterprise accounts Expand existing CXO relationships and build new ones, utilize a combination of market insight, relationship-building prowess, solution expertise, and consultative approach, and act as a strategic partner. Strategic Prospecting and Pipeline Building: Take charge of your pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential enterprise clients as well as working on qualified demand that our marketing engine generates. Employ a strategic approach to prospecting, ensuring a healthy mix of both quantity and quality in your pipeline. Make quota attainment not just a target but a habit. Bring a hunger for success that propels you to consistently exceed expectations. Leverage your exceptional sales skills to navigate complex deals and close with finesse and on time. Benefit from a competitive commission structure that rewards your dedication and exceptional performance. This year's top-performing sales professionals will surpass their quotas by 2-3x, thanks to their unwavering consistency and the competitiveness of MetricStream in securing sizable deals. Skills and Experience Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a competitive enterprise sales environment, particularly with top-tier BFSI accounts. Self-starter mentality with the ability to build and nurture relationships and navigate organizations. A passion for consultative selling, backed by strong negotiation and closing skills. Driven by the pursuit of personal and professional success, with a hunger to maximize commission earnings. GRC domain experience is preferred.
