Listed 2 days Ago Non-profit - Social Services About the Role The purpose of the role is to provide effective and efficient placement coordination services by scheduling and rostering Support Workers that have the capacity and capability to deliver high quality services to Clients. Dealing with incoming calls from clients and employees and actioning the same in a prompt and professional manner. 
This is a fixed Term Role until 28 June 2024.
Some Key Responsibilities Deliver a high level planned proactive responsiveness to clients and support workersManagement of both inbound and outbound calls – offering support to support workers and clientsEnsure that all Client and Support worker records are up to dateYou will be responsible for assisting with coordinating the support workers workload, rostering, as well as cover any other associated operational and administrative tasksAbout You Excellent written and oral communication skillsProven experience in either a Call Centre or Client Service environmentStrong planning, organizational, prioritization and problem-solving skillsDetail orientatedThe ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, managers, teams, and contractorsAbility to travel to Waikato and Bay of PlentyFull and clean drivers licensePrevious Healthcare experience advantageousVisionwest Community Trust is an award-winning, not-for-profit organisation with faith-led roots, that provides a range of social services to communities in Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Christchurch.
