Help with administrative tasks for the Respiratory Department within the Sleep Health Services team.

The team:What we do
The Sleep Health Services team is made up of two administration staff, five physiologists, two Clinical Nurse Specialists, one team leader and the clinical director of Sleep Health Services. Although you will work closely with one other administrative person in the Sleep Health Services, the wider Respiratory administration team works across different levels of the organisation with a clear vision of providing administrative tasks to the Respiratory Department as a whole. The Administrator in this position will be key to the smooth running of the Sleep Health Unit and may be asked to rotate or cover other areas of the department if deemed necessary.
The role:Where you fit in
In this role, you will be responsible for:
meeting and greeting customers, along with arriving and departing patients on the computer
all administrative tasks ensuring the smooth running of the Sleep Health Services
seeing the tasks are accomplished in a timely manner
arranging Outpatient clinics, MDM's and scheduling appointments
completing MDM outcomes.
Your skills will include:
an ability to learn software systems quickly including Microsoft software suite
good interpersonal skills
an ability to manage your time efficiently
experience working in a health environment is advantageous
excellent keyboard skills.
