For more information about Spanbild New Zealand and our Brands, please visit The Role The newly established full-time position of CRM and Digital Automation Specialist holds a pivotal role at Spanbild in orchestrating and optimising our inbound marketing efforts. This role, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, is charged with the responsibility of overseeing marketing automation activities across all our brands within our CRM platform, HubSpot. Focused on creating cohesive and efficient customer journeys, the individual in this role will be dedicated to ensuring a seamless integration of marketing efforts to drive optimal results. This role is based at our newly renovated Brands Support Office in Hornby, Christchurch. Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Suite skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proven experience as a CRM and Digital Automation Specialist with expertise in HubSpot or a similar CRM product. Experience with creating email marketing campaigns and undergoing analysis of campaign metrics to provide performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. Experience managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, workflows, and data cleansing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively. Excellent attention to detail. Creativity with experience in content creation. Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Although not an essential, it would be great if you have: An understanding of a multi-site retail environment. An understanding of the building industry.
