About the role As the Salesforce Developer, you will be working with our Business Analysts, Software Developers, and other staff to design, develop and implement technical solutions into Now systems. You will be developing solutions in our Salesforce Platform to provide technical solutions, define the systems that need to be interacted with, and help scope and integrate work with the development team. You will also work closely with the technical design teams to ensure alignment of solution designs to the Salesforce Platform, manage releases according to the release schedule, and develop and implement test plants for the validation of the designed processes. Needless to say, the process documentation will need to be top notch – consistent, comprehensive, and completed to a high standard. This role would ideally be based in Napier but could also be based in Christchurch or be remote. A bit about you We'd love to connect with you if you are a passionate intermediate to senior Salesforce Developer with commercial hands-on experience within the Salesforce platform, in particular designing, developing and implementing technical solutions. A quick learner, self-starter and problem-solver, you have a hands-on approach and a high level of self-motivation. You're able to successfully navigate a busy and fast-paced environment, thriving on the challenges that come your way, all whilst happily taking ownership and accountability for delivering great results for the business. You're a team player, strong communicator, and collaborator who can engage effectively with key business stakeholders.
