You will manage the campus operations and 2-3 tutoring staff in order to achieve;Academic quality requirements within the programs being offeredCampus compliance with applicable legislation, NZIHF's policy and procedure, and direction provided from head officeEnrolment numbers and qualityQuality industry relationships resulting in active and preferential referral to NZIHF of prospective studentsQuality student relationships resulting in active and preferential referral to NZIHF of prospective students and future purchases of NZIHF programsEfficient campus operations including tutor leadership and day to day support, student exception management, course and resource scheduling, resource management, logistics and feedback from campus to head officeProviding feedback in to systems review and development so that business systems are as efficient as possible for all staff and customersThe PersonYou will have the following characteristics;Ability to manage multiple tasks and therefore prioritise effectively and strategically so that the important things always get done in timeWork ethic and attention to detail ensuring jobs are done by yourself and your team to a high standard, every timeAbility to collaborate in a team to enhance the performance of the teamResilience to be part of a high performing team, to take feedback and produce outcomes that matter, without undue need for sugar-coating and hyperboleHave a can-do and pro-active approach to work with a commitment to achieving the companies vision that is unwavering and respectful of the history of efforts made by your colleagues and previous employeesYou will have experience in the fitness industry and with the management of people, procedures and performance in a busy work environmentThe bottom lineNZIHF will continue to change the world of health and fitness education.
