Our workplace like: A local cafe in Kapiti where customer always get welcomed with an
excellent and friendly service. We serve a Variety of cafe style menu includes Breakfast, lunch, cabinet food and also cold drinks include smoothies ,shakes. Our back kitchen staff will enjoy working with Manager who can deal with front task and staff.
Our ideal candidate for this job will be like: -
Cafe Manager
? Have passion for producing great coffee and high customer satisfaction focus
? Outstanding customer service
? Quality and safety control for food and beverage
? Maintaining cafe hygiene and health & safety
? Stock level, order supplies
? Availability to work opening and closing hours includes public holidays
? Relevant Management qualification
? Organizing new marketing activities such as promotional events and discount schemes
? Creating or upgrading Menu for the cafe breakfast and lunch
? Two Year of experience managing a cafe
Directing cafe in a profitable way
