Cafe Manager

You'll join our tight knit Freeman's Bay team which doubles as our testing venue for our Robert Harris Franchise network, meaning there is plenty of opportunity for you to learn all aspects of café know how.Working alongside our Café Chef you'll be able to provide an excellent experience for our loyal customers.You'll have the opportunity to not only lead a great team but also help them learn and develop new skills (as well as developing any skills of your own). If you keep up with the latest trends and know what's well, your insight may help develop new ideas and initiatives to keep our entire franchise network offering fresh.Who are we looking for? You'll be passionate about all things coffee whether this comes from your career to date and/or your weekend hobbies of dining out. You'll be a go-getter who is eager to lead a team and you'll be someone who takes ownership and pride in your service offerings. You'll enjoy sociable working hours with weekends off and early starts and early finishes. We're open to speaking to people with experience in hospitality and preferably with experience leading a team, or if you have general café experience, whoever you are we want to hear from you!
This role will be 40 hours a week between Monday-Friday. In return we offer access to our health & wellbeing program and opportunities to learn and grow alongside the talented teams in our café network.
