JOB DESCRIPTIONCompany DescriptionTorpedo7, who are part of The Warehouse Group, is New Zealand's largest multi-channel outdoor adventure retailer, with 22 stores nationwide and a dedicated webstore.We are unique in NZ in that our stores have all sorts of toys and experts under one roof - bike, camp, tramp, water, snow gear, and outdoor apparel and fitness.Job DescriptionWe are looking for team players who are enthusiastic, reliable, happy to get stuck in and see a job through from start to finish.Based in our Hamilton Distribution Centre, you will be working alongside a team that is dedicated to getting large volumes of our products to our customers at the right time and in the right condition.To be successful in this role you will ensure all appropriate assigned tasks are undertaken and carried out as and when directed or required.Assessing T7 Products to determine Faults.Building and repairing T7 Products to then re-sell as discounted items.Following up & closing out of warranty jobs exceeding 21-day SLA.Ensure all housekeeping tasks are undertaken and that the area working in is clean and tidy on completion of the shiftActively promote safe working practices and ensure a safe working environment.This is a fixed term role with shift times of Mon - Fri, 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pmQualificationsWe are looking for someone that is team focused and customer centric, that will impress us with their strong problem solving skills and love for learning!Further to that here is what we are looking for :Admin Support / Customer service experience (desired)Attention to detail.Time / Self-managementGood verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate levels MS Office, excel, PPT & word.Drive for resultsAdditional InformationIn return we offer, a fun, supportive team culture within a business that cares about and recognises individuals.
