Swing is a global company with one goal in mind: to make access to cross-chain liquidity frictionless. Swing's SDK and APIs help dozens of developers build cross-chain functionality right into their dApps. We leverage the power of cross-chain bridges and decentralized liquidity sources to provide seamless experiences for crypto onboarding focusing on UX, speed and security. You will be working hand in hand with some of the best builders in industry from Apple, Amazon, Oracle and Linkedin to build innovative cross-chain solutions. To achieve our goals, we're building an A-star sales crew and looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our BD team. You will perform active outreach, maintain relationships with key personnel, and support the integration and promotion of Swing developer products. This will involve strategically targeting, engaging and supporting potential leads through the entire sales cycle until adoption. This role is cross-functional, and you will work directly with the executive leadership, Swing BD, product and engineering teams. As a result of our size, you'll have direct visibility to product development, business strategy, and marketing. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing the Swing ecosystem through the full lifecycle of developing a partnership, including research, initial outreach, product deployment, co-marketing, ongoing feedback, and relationship management. You will own all elements of the partnership life cycle and identify and open new and innovative business and partnership opportunities. What is considered a successful customer onboarded? Customer integrates Swing API, SDK or widget Customer configures fees on Swing Platform for volume monetization Customer generates volume through their Swing integration (API, SDK or widget) What will be your key duties Identify leading and innovative dApps across the spectrum of web3 verticals (DeFi, NFTs, gaming, etc.) conduct due diligence, and execute high-value strategic partnerships with start-ups that are considering developing on Swing's technology Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership integrations Work closely with engineering to ensure any technical issues are resolved in a timely manner Seek out new revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, growing new and existing relationships Establish relationships with leadership teams and founders worldwide and attempt to work with them to drive adoption of Swing for their customers / services Define and lead new initiatives within the BD team to expand the reach of Swing Communicate product updates with various accounts Work with the CEO and BD Lead to align business development efforts with the organization's overall focus. Loop in the marketing team on collaborations with ecosystem partners. Help shape our product strategy by collecting external feedback and relaying it to internal stakeholders.
