Find more information visit our website: About The Role An opportunity is available for a suitably qualified Business and Financial Analyst to join our team based in Tauranga . As a growing company Karaka Pines Villages relies on accurate information and records. The Business and Financial Analyst will be involved in producing reports on financial and commercial data including property and demographic information which will be used in decision making for the business and new acquisitions. Reporting to and working closely with the CEO, this role is responsible for reviewing and analysing new village acquisition opportunities, projecting and analysing financial performance of village developments and providing information to the CEO and finance team for day to day business decisions. The role is integral to all the processes around keeping new village developments moving ahead. It involves identifying potential opportunities and risks and supporting the planning and execution of business development, strategy and reporting processes. About You The successful candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Tertiary qualification in finance or other relevant field or equivalent experience. Previous experience in a similar role. Demonstrated basic experience in business and systems analysis, problem resolution, project/change management and task prioritisation. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business systems, and financial modelling. Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Office technologies including SharePoint and Power BI.
