About the Role An opportunity is currently available for a suitably qualified and experienced Business Analyst, to join our Programmed contract team based in Auckland. The suitable candidate may be based at any of our offices around NZ. We offer hybrid working options with a 60/40 work / home ratio. Reporting to the Contract Manager, this role is responsible for reviewing and analysing contract performance, identifying potential areas for business improvement and supporting the planning and execution of business planning, strategy and reporting processes. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role within the facility management sector Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience Demonstrated basic experience in business and systems analysis, problem resolution, project/change management and task prioritisation, vendor and contract management processes. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business systems lifecycle management, principles of change management, quality control, software development methodologies, principles of database design and business process modelling.
