We have an opportunity for experienced Business Analysts to join our Digital Business team, having a permanent role and a fixed term (9 months parental leave cover) role available, based in Tauranga.As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful execution of organisational change initiatives. As part of our Business Analysis team, your focus will be to:Engage with stakeholders and drive a highly collaborative approach to our business-wide transformation project delivery.Collaborate closely with Craigs Product Owners throughout the design and delivery of the transformation programmeAssist with high level solution designLead business process design aligning to the target operation model and programme design principles.Write detailed requirements and functional specificationsLead configuration of technology solutions to meet CIP solution requirementsFacilitate review of product design artifactsAssist with design and delivery of internal application and external party integrationsContinuously measure outcomes against plans and make necessary improvements.About youYou will join our Digital Business team which is responsible for driving strategic change and strengthening CIP's project delivery capabilities. Ideally, you will have at least five years' experience working in cross-functional delivery teams as part of large-scale transformation programmes around technology and business change. You will have an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Good understanding of agile methodologies, tools, and ways of working will also be highly regarded.
