This is a 6-month contract role based in Auckland CBD with a hybrid working environment. Please note there is a high likelihood of this role being extended beyond 6 months.
As a Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
• Process Mapping (IT touchpoints into business process)
• Taking high level requirements to more detailed requirements
• D365 integrations
• Momentus integrations
• Multi functional website design
• Service management process design
• Working with business areas: Finance, Call Centre and Marketing, Facilities Management, Workforce planning and recruitment, building support, F&B Event Organisation About You:
• Business Analyst experience, at least 5-10 years
• Proven Analytical Skills: the ability to analyse data, trends, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and provide valuable insights.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication including technical and non-technical audiences.
