Key Purpose To manage and monitor a routine building maintenance plan that ensures maximum efficiency and utilises preventative maintenance on all buildings and building services. To co-ordinate sub-contractors and effectively lead any other staff where applicable, to achieve the desired results in terms of job completion, job specification, cost, and on-time completion. To ensure buildings and their services are compliant with regulatory standards. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned for completion by the Managing Director. To always work safely and efficiently To adhere to company policies and procedures Experience/Qualifications/Skills Excellent organisational skills. High standard of workmanship Ability to manage a broad range of jobs with minimal supervision Physically fit. High attention to detail & quality. Safety-conscious & concerned for well-being of others. Strong drive to achieve results and accept accountability for the delivery of results. High level of verbal & written communication skills. High personal & professional standards, self-motivated Ability to use own initiative and move between tasks as necessary. Work as an effective member of a team Proven continuous improvement Your key result areas will be: Building project completion Repairs and maintenance of current buildings Site management - materials and labour Reporting Record-keeping Tools & Equipment Health & Safety Additionally, you may be required to work in other areas of the company as and when directed.
