Chaos Construction Limited based in Westgate, Auckland, is specialized in residential construction and renovation projects. We are looking for one bookkeeper to join our awesome team. You will be working at our office in Westgate, a minimum of 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday as normal hours of work, and you may be required to perform on Saturday as well. Please note this is a permanent full-time role and the hourly pay rate would be $29.66-$33 based on the candidates' skills. Job Description for This Position Accounts payable processing for multiple companies and intercompany invoicing transactions, including coding and posting invoices and preparation of payments. Compilation of weekly and fortnightly timesheet information and ensuring accuracy of payroll. Accounts Receivable tasks including creating and distributing customer invoices & credit control. Preparation of GST returns and other statutory requirements. Preparing month end reconciliations. Key Requirements for Successful Applicants: Bachelor degree or higher in accounting or similar is required Relevant experience is an advantage. Strong computer skills, including use of common software inclusive Microsoft Office. Multiple language skill is preferred as we have varieties of international clients and staff, with any native language speaking ability would be an advantage. Self-motivated and being positive in team attitude towards the role and colleagues. Punctual and reliable with a positive can-do attitude will be key in this role.
