Position Overview: My client is seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join their team as Senior Accountants and Intermediate Accountants in their Invercargill office. As a member of the BAS accounting team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-level financial expertise and contributing to the success of our clients' businesses. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of accounting and financial services to clients Provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and financial strategies Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance documents Conduct financial analysis and present findings to clients Mentor and support junior team members Build and maintain strong client relationships Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry trends Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CA or CPA qualification is highly desirable Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on client management Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite What They Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Professional development opportunities and ongoing training Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work with a diverse client base Career advancement within a growing organization We know good people know good people...
