Associate - Senior Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Full cycle candidate sourcing, nurturing and management
Lead tracking and actioning
Appointment setting and attending meetings
Interviewing candidates and suggesting great places to work
Building and maintaining accurate records in the database
Learning about and representing our client base to their full potential
Sharing information amongst our nationwide colleagues
Visiting our three national offices, training and up-skilling
Referring applicable roles to counterparts
Making placements in your speciality
Entertaining candidates and clients as required

We are open to applicants with a range of experience. Ultimately the right fit is the most important criteria as we hire for both commercial and cultural value-add.
If you have been a Resourcer, a Candidate Manager or a Research Assistant in an external recruitment agency looking to step into a Consulting role, we would like to hear from you. Alternatively, if you already have experience as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in an external recruitment agency, we would like to hear from you too.
A tertiary qualification is preferred and demonstrated understanding of an environment with goals and sales targets.
