About the Role
In this role you will be working with a close net-team in completing testing and reviewing underlying data, assuring quality and documenting tests, evidence, findings and issues. You will be required to use available data & information, research and analytics to ensure products and customer drives everything we do.
Key accountabilities:
You will be contributing to the development and execution of strategies for their allocated product sets. Initially, your focus will be on the Product Quality Assurance project until March 2020. You'll then be responsible for the support of and day to day management of the allocated product(s) by adhering to the bank's product lifecycle and management disciplines and application of core product management skills to their portfolio. This includes:
Use the QA Conduct Framework to check all collateral, documentation and processes of products, analysing and capturing where information is out of date, duplicated, doesn't make sense or is a customer conduct risk
Identify deficiencies with adherence to regulatory compliance, policy and process, record findings, provide reporting and relevant data to Conduct and Product Managers so that deficiencies can be remediated
Is fully familiar with customer insights and research related to their product responsibilities
Using data and market monitoring reviews the portfolio to ensure current and future customer needs are identified and met
Development, maintenance and execution of pricing and product strategies for the relevant product sets including pricing relativity across all customer channels
Ongoing Product Management - process improvement, product feature enhancement and other functions to ensure products meet customer needs
Maintenance of all relevant product support documentation including relevant product files, intranet and internet content
Provision of front-line product support, encompassing support for front line queries combined with responsibility to ensure up to date and efficient sales collateral and sales processes
Ensure the organisation and partners meet the timelines for execution of the agreed strategy through active delivery management

About You
Alongside your experience at BNZ in financial services you'll have a strong eye for detail and a passion for understanding customer needs. You'll bring:
Experience with Testing across a range of different size projects
Experience in data analysis with ability to communicated findings in an understandable way
Sourcing data, build, test and verify query results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the required results
Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Great interpersonal and communication skills
You will thrive on using your analytical, problem-solving skills, be a self-starter and a quick learner with sound technical skills
