Assistant Store Manager

Description

We’re on the search for a fashion forward 2IC with an impeccable work ethic and drive to succeed to be a part of the Dunedin management team!
Your key responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager with leadership of the team
Drive achievement of sales budgets, KPIs and delivery of excellent customer service
Assist with the management of rosters and wages
Support with training and development of the team
Maintaining store presentation standards through effective visual merchandising and stock management
Sunday - Thursday Roster
To be successful in this role you will need:
Strong retail experience plus assistant management experience within apparel
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to demonstrate your leadership skills
Experience in fast fashion retail environments
