Ko to mahi – What you'll do You'll primarily be the smiling face that leads our teams in serving and selling to customers within our fantastic Spark St Luke's store.
As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for:
Leading the Home Base in the delivery and performance of our targets (strong commercial acumen). Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly. Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools) Able represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do. Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback Supporting and driving to Spark's Unified Frontline vision and purpose As an Assistant Store Lead you are:
A servant leader by seeking to understand by listening, and focusing on the growth of people through Blue Heart Culture & Growth Mindset Working collaboratively with the Channels team and stakeholders, by incorporating feedback when appropriate Optimism to foster enthusiasm among the team in bringing UFL vision to life. A critical thinker - using my Initiative to identify gaps - and to get things done. Adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities and demands.
