Assistant Manager

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic plus excellent bonus structure and benefits
We are actively seeking an Assistant Manager ready to take on the responsibilities of their own store near Beckenham. This stationery retailer is currently in a phase of continuous growth, featuring a unique product range. We take pride in fostering a vibrant atmosphere for both our customers and team members.

As the Store Manager, your duties will include leadership, training, and delivering exceptional service to enhance profitability. While previous experience in a one-on-one sales setting is beneficial, we welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds. Your focus on team development, business acumen, and effective stock management will be valuable assets in this role. The work environment is dynamic, with a significant emphasis on stock management.

The ideal candidate will have managed a fast-paced sales environment, leading a team to constantly hit and exceed KPI's. You will be able to demonstrate your stock management skills and be able to show that you are ready for progression to store manager.
