Through their high-quality products, they are currently supplying to New Zealand's leading architecture and construction firms. They are currently seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader to join our team and lead their production department. This is based in North Canterbury - Rangiora.Your new roleLead and supervise the production team to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets. The team has 6 staff in total who all work together very well.Maintain an 80% hands-on approach, actively participating in production processes.Utilise basic computer skills to manage and track production schedules, inventory, and quality control.
