Assistant Food Takeaway Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Hospitality experience is very essential in this role.
You will be responsible for ensuring all food safety handling procedures are correctly followed and documented. You will also be required to supervise staff, manage inventory and do some admin tasks. We are also looking to expand our business in near future in catering and someone with catering experience is highly desirable.

· Minimum 2years experience in Hospitality industry.
· A positive attitude and consistently high work ethic.
· Management experience desirable

· A good understanding of food safety requirements.
· Strong organizational capabilities.
· Supervisory skills.
· Be able to manage a fast-paced fun work environment.
· Catering experience preferred.
