Assistant Chef

2 experience as a assistant Chef, preferably in Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine. A strong passion for cooking and creating delectable dishes. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Food safety certification is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
