Spot check dishes as they leave the kitchen for quality, presentation, and temperature. Menu planning, preparing and cooking food.  Storage food as the standard  Follow set policies to maintain standards for food safety Ensure all equipment and work environments are operational. Inform the designated management if any hazards are identified that may affect work conditions. Order and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations. Communicate with manager and support staff. Uphold morale in the kitchen. Responsible for handling customer complaints in an appropritae manner. Responsible to adhere the council requirements and to undertake Food Control Plan as required (training will ne provided).
